Welcome to the
Fat Farmers Rural Health Initiative

The Fat Farmers Rural Health Initiative aims to encourage farming families and other rural community members to support each other while getting active.
Staying active is vital not only for physical and mental health and wellbeing and can assist in warding off health issues that can hold you up in running the farm, or keeping up with the kids.

Run, walked or cycled at major events
